If you want more Love in your life, start by accepting yourself. You will never truly accept anyone else’s love if you reject yourself.

If accepting yourself seems crazy or difficult right now, begin by rejecting yourself less: quit beating up on yourself for one thing you have done or failed to do, and show mercy to yourself, instead.

Wishing for Wealth?

If you want more Money, start by treating yourself generously. If you’re stingy with yourself, Life will be stingy with you.

You can afford to treat yourself with emotional generosity right now. Give yourself the gift of scheduling – and taking – time to rest and play each day … as rich, happy people do.
